The server is spiking causing anti-lead to fail. If you didn't know. Force lag forces " lead " on other people. Anti-Lead also doesn't mean you're able to directly hit someone with 3k ping, which is how high the spikes go up to.

Also I hit everyone 9/10 and It takes about 70 shots to kill them with donors. The server spikes for me, it doesn't spike for some people so there has to be hardware problem or something.
