    You can run this game on a $200 computer... don't listen to them

    Do you have wireless internet? (try your best to prevent any form of connection loss)
    A lot of the WiFi's built into computers are pretty UN-reliable in my experience. Try get your connection wired with Ethernet.

    Maybe your on Ethernet and someone has managed to hack your wireless.

    Try port forwarding. (but that doesn't usually result with spike.)

    Could always try "De-fragmentation + Optimization" Might be a result of low ram + messy drive usage.

    Just a few suggestions.

    Google, or Login to your router and checked to see who is on your network. You might even be able to see who has entered your network by there computer name. Honestly though, that's probably going to be one of the last problems.

    - Do a full system scan with Malwarebytes anti-malware
    - Reset router/modem
