He's saying that if k/d doesn't come in place when two people are tied with the same amount of kills, one person will always have the record which in this case would be Jin, who was 500 Kills 160+ Deaths.

More than one person can get the record, just get 500 Kills with less deaths..

Umm I think WildOrchid did his record in the Below 50 channel aka against BRs.... Obviously the K/D would be better.
