[Help - Launcher] Keeps on Downloading

Why is it everytime I run Launcher it keeps on downloading vcredist x64 & x86 ?!
I already install one and I also can't run GunZ.exe ?

I can't either, I just use the launcher.exe with no problem.

Are you sure none of your anti-viruses are deleting some files? Like sometimes it could detect .exe on the folder and automatically delete it without you knowing.

you can't run from gunz.exe use the launcher instead and make sure you turn your firewall etc off or change it into the exception list like what divine said.
