Chronological order was not the way it was meant to be seen though. If it was broadcast'd out of order, it should keep those traits; it adds depth to the story.

I am searching for some very good action anime. The anime shouldn't be very old and the anime character art shouldn't be old/annoying (example - soul eater). Also, I prefer anime with some dope as fk powers.

Law of Ueki - Dope as fk powers all the way. Transform trash into trees for the main character! (Seriously, this is worth it).
Zetsuen no Tempest - Pretty interesting, kept me hooked up until the end.
Toriko - Well, the next big combat serie, It's special in the way it's made though, worth giving it a try if you're into action animes.
