He's just spamming in the beginning so the shotbot would be less obvious.
Than he just randomly goes left right with his xhair and manages to hit 4 shots perfectly. (Exactly at the point when his xhair was on the person)

Shotbot means when your crosshair moves on the enemy and turns red it will automaticly shoot.
