2: no cause vip's can get coins and thats better than vip special items however if they want coins and special items. thats fine.
3. Good idea get a title/emblem btw if you quest with satan/Stephan you get in like 1 week lol.

I favor the " rebirth - structure " Idea. It'd be nice if we could have a little emblem or something next to our names. Kind of like the VIP!
It would make Ranking more "neat"

3: Why not just a small phoenix? If you rebirth again, you get a Phoenix + the number 2 and so on.

Here's a small suggestion since we are talking about PR. Once you PR, you receive your 100 coins and a PR point, which could be used to buy clothes. 1 piece of clothe = 1 point. To get a whole set, it would require 5 rebirth.
