Yep, I reported and he was banned, then unbanned within 12 hours. Different staff have all said it was a multiple agree'd choice.
Every report against him gets declined, i wasn't surprised when he was banned on mine. But now, everything against him gets denied.

Still not sure why this UC'r is posting on anyone that would absolutely wreck him without his UC. Period.
