I only can see "REPORTED, REPORTED" but for get a successful spike report you have to warn the user before and I didn't see you warning him.
Maybe you did warn him but it didn't shows in your replay.

I did warn him, and i've warned him before. This is like my second report towards this dude.

I didn't take a screenshot of me warning him, and I didn't start recording until after I warned him so there's no way to show it.
If there really needs to be a picture of me warning him about his spike then feel free to decline, and i'll just report him some other time if he still lags.
