I think you should remove the pictures where you are (advertising) other gunz servers.

if not install it here

try also deleting ur config.xml located in ur fgunz folder

Side note: you could be banned for advertising '-'

Try to find any updates and check if directx is activated on your pc.
Also.check if the resulution is roo high in case it is edit it.
