Yes yes, he "made" them ... after seeing that abomination of a failed attempt of retexturing? try to fool someone else.
Ripping/downloading premade models and just rigging them onto a biped does not equal having made them and doesnt give you the rights to them.
They look familier to me but i cant remember from where they are.
