    theres a brightness slider, and those lights are supposed to be like that with whitemaps

    Despite being able to seeing through it much easier than before (Thank god) I would still count this as as problem. A giant box in the middle of Mansion? Something that's supposed to be an added feature? I'm not sure if this is a result of how white maps were implemented (all solid textures turned white?) But the gray/white maps somebody released on *** were much better. They also eliminated stuff like elemental fire/lights for better FPS IIRC.

    Additive rendering at its work, black = doesnt add therefore appears invisible, white = adds therefore appears almost solid.
    Therefor replacing the models texture with dark grey = barely visible -> black -> invsible.
    Most likely the person who modified the maps themselfs, >hard< replaced all the textures and or removed them / models.
