some dumbs here are complaining about getting scammed so how about setting up a security system that you need to enter the code u get through email in case new ip getting in characater..

We had such system before but a lot of people were being stupid and either didn't have access to their email or didn't know what to do.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

Dave, and how about authentificator to login?
like you scan that code or whatever it called and you get these codes in application. You can enable that security system by yourself. This idea is taken from runescape
