I'm all for it, it would have to be tested thoroughly which I'm sure it would be though..the SMG sounds overpowered up close as well because of the extremely low delay..probably a lesser initial damage and the most gradual decline of all weapons? But definitely not 100% DMG imo. I actually really like the idea if done correctly.
